STUDENT PHYSICALS
Athletic physicals dates wtih Mercy are scheduled for Tuesday, April 21at and Tuesday, April 28th. High school students will be seen on April 21st, and sixth grade students, along with any remaining high school students, will be scheduled for April 28th. Students will receive physical forms after springs break, on Monday, March 30th and will need all completed forms returned to the nurses by Monday, April 13th.
